Support Accommodation Zonal Manager
Location: Calderdale

A new Zonal Manager vacancy is available within our young person’s Supported Accommodation service in Calderdale, Kirklees or Bradford and we’re now looking for an experienced social care professional ready to make a difference to young people’s lives and inspire and lead others.

You’ll support Assistant Managers within the 24/7 staffed group living provisions and young people’s outreach settings. You’ll be highly supported by the Registered Service Manager and as we move to a service-led model, have the opportunity to progress into a service manager role.

We work hard at Restorative to ensure children and young people who are looked after in residential children’s homes, receive the highest possible standard of care, within holistic, positive settings. We follow a model of care that’s innovative within the industry; prioritising continuity of care and a strengths-based approach. It’s a model that ensures the success stories of many of the young people we work with, and improves their outcomes for happier, more successful lives.
We couldn’t be prouder of the work we do within our children’s homes, and we are now looking for a Senior Support Worker to join us and assist our Assistant Manager and Registered / Service Manager/s in delivering our social care provision. We’re pleased to say our residential care team is expanding, so we can deliver innovative care to more children and young people in our growing number of high-quality children’s homes.
You will need to be a dedicated team member, comfortable in a senior role and being a role model to less experienced workers, as well as taking a role in management team functions. You’ll need to be flexible too to meet the needs of this often challenging role, and have a passion and commitment to your own learning and development in social care.
