FAQ’s
Some things you must be aware of before arrival:
Firstly, please be mindful ‘The Paddock’ is a field, it can be lumpy and bumpy underfoot or with wheeled items such as buggies, wheelchairs, mobility scooters. Please factor this in before arrival.
Security; There will be stewards and security guards on site and around, to direct you to the entrance. Please have your tickets available for scanning at the entrance. Bag searches will be taken place at the gate.
Food & Drink; Please do not bring any food or drink to the event, we want our food vendors to have a successful event. Anyone with their own food or drink will be politely asked to leave. The vendors are able to accept cash or card payments.
Seating; There will be straw bales for seating, but these will be limited, please bring camping chairs and picnic blankets.
Gazebos; Gazebos are NOT allowed.
Smoking; The Paddocks is STRICTLY a no smoking event.
Pets; Dogs/Pets are welcome but will need to be kept on a lead at all times and all dog/pet waste bagged and taken away. Dog water bowls available.
Toilets; There will be a toilet block plus an accessible toilet and baby change.
Parking; If you're not a resident close to the venue but still want to come, you're more than welcome! There are 3 car parks in Godmanchester that are just a few minutes' walk away, Post Street being the nearest! You can also bike to the venue, bikes can be left by the entrance at your own risk.

Taxis, drop off & pick up; Please arrange any taxi transportation to drop you at London Street - it's a short walk to The Paddock. Please be mindful of the residents of Silver Street and access, as Silver Street is a narrow road and you won't be able to turn around.
First Aid; There will be first aid personnel on site.
Weather; Please keep an eye on the weather to know if you need sunscreen or a jumper, blankets, umbrellas etc to make the event enjoyable.
Prohibited Items;
Professional filming equipment is prohibited. Naked flames, tea lights, disposable BBQ’s, flaming torches, drones, fireworks, sparklers, Chinese lanterns etc We have a zero tolerance policy on recreational drugs and anyone in possession of such drugs will be asked to leave the venue. This is a family friendly event.
