Young voices growing in confidence, skill, and harmony together.

We’re so pleased to welcome Hampshire County Youth Crescendo Choir to ChoirBLAST Festival 2026. Part of the Hampshire Music Service Youth Choirs programme, Crescendo Choir brings together singers aged 11–14 in a supportive space where they can learn, perform, and enjoy singing as a team.

Their repertoire stretches from classical choral music to jazz standards, giving young singers the chance to explore different styles while building strong musical foundations along the way.

What makes this choir special is the balance of care and ambition at the heart of it all. Encouraging young people to grow, challenge themselves, and experience the joy of creating music together. We’re really looking forward to hearing them at the festival 💛🎶

Five voices. No instruments. Somehow still a full band.

We’re really glad to welcome back Academix to ChoirBLAST Festival 2026. This Woking based quintet brings contemporary a ca****la to life with close harmony, beatboxing, vocal looping, and a lot of creativity.

From Bruno Mars to Kelly Clarkson and Lionel Richie, they take familiar songs and rebuild them entirely with their voices, creating drums, guitars, brass, and everything in between along the way. And yes… the fabulous shoes usually make an appearance too.

What makes Academix special is the fun they clearly have performing together, and the way they invite audiences into that joy with them. We can’t wait to hear them back at the festival 💛🎶

From teenagers to octogenarians, Spinnaker Chorus proves singing brings every generation together.

Formed in 2004, the chorus has grown from 25 members to around 65 singers, all sharing a love of barbershop music and performance. With Musical Director John Palmer, they continue to challenge themselves and strive for the highest standards.

A mix of experienced performers and newer members, Spinnaker is a welcoming community that performs throughout the year for charities, community events, private groups, and national competitions.

We’re looking forward to welcoming them to ChoirBLAST this year!

Fresh harmonies, powerful voices, and music with real heart behind it.

We’re so pleased to welcome British Gospel Arts Choir to ChoirBLAST Festival 2026. Founded in 2012 by Andrea Encinas, this non auditioned choir brings together people who love gospel and inspirational music, creating a space where singers can grow in confidence, musicianship, and connection.

What makes them special is the spirit behind the music. Their repertoire reflects the roots of gospel as music of hope, strength, and social change, all shared with warmth and energy.

They sing because it brings people together and gives people a voice. We’re really looking forward to welcoming them into the ChoirBLAST community 💛🎶

“One of the most profound things about singing is that it allows expression without explanation.”

In this personal piece for Choir BLAST, Tone shares her own experience of choir singing—and how it has become a gentle, ongoing source of support through both grief and life.
