Hi Guys/Gals etc

Got an email from Great Taste Awards today, I'll add below and my reply, i've tagged you into this GTA so other artisan producers see you for who and what you are, a money making platform that only enriches certain individuals, judged by similar people who blow smoke up their arses. No offence to the winners, producers etc as i've won a few awards but hey ho, they've only cost me and i gained nothing else!

I left 3 years ago because i had my doubts and over those 3 years i've watched the same folk having smoke blown up their arse. This is why i don't entertain any awards, im not saying all are bad or one sided so thats why i bowed out, i don't need to impress anyone, my products speak a thousand words.

BTW anyone can set up a Guild all you need is a celeb to sponsor it (pay him). I'll be the judge of that! 🤣🤣🤣.

🔥 This is where it all begins…

5am starts to collect our fresh Red Jalapeño chilli peppers 🌶️

Straight back to the kitchen → wash everything down → sterilise the fermenting bins → and start layering the flavour.

Now we let time do its thing… ⏳

This batch will ferment for 6 weeks before becoming our signature Honey Buffalo Sriracha 🍯🔥

Purely market research on this one, decided to tweak an individual bottle of Honey Buffalo Sriracha by adding some Blue Cheese, Hence Blue Cheese Buffalo Sriracha, i know a lot of lovers of this and this version has been met with open arms, looks like it's a keeper, anyone out there love a good Blue Cheese Buffalo Sriracha
