"I’ve come out of my shell and found a new lease of life again."
Will popped into The Nook for support after struggling to find a direction in his life, as well as dealing with depression and bereavements.
"I struggled for enthusiasm in my life. I watched a lot of daytime TV, my daily hygiene was lacking, and my social life was non-existent.
"After weeks of encouragement and many deliberations I finally plucked up the courage to visit The Nook. I was greeted by one of the volunteers, Louise, who was kind, polite, and put me at ease.
"One of The Nook’s practitioners, Amber, introduced herself and I spilled all my problems to her, and even got teary, but Amber reassured me this was normal and they could help.
"Visiting The Nook is great. You know the faces and everyone is so friendly. It’s really helped me open up more about life, opportunities, and what I have planned for the future."
