cheers everyone for coming to tranceparty:homebase last month.

here are some videos, few of my own but largely sent in by various kind attendees.

don’t think any of us involved expected it to pop off the way it did. can’t thank you lot enough, especially to those that travelled from far.

bigger thank you to those with me building the event out from midday through to tearing it down the next morning. antithesis of work shy dosser behaviour.

obv know how to get the cogs behind tranceparty to turn the way they should after all this time, but it never gets any easier.

trying not to be too sentimental about it all but this is the first event artwork that i’ve framed and hung up in the gaff. used to not like doing that but i think this one deserves it because of how happy i was with the outcome.

been so long since we did tranceparty in glasgow, but it feels like a second home, especially in the art school. grateful to do it there one more time for a new generation.

hope you lot enjoyed it as much as i did.

up next: manchester in the new year.

glasgow: trying to make a few ideas work for next year. will let you lot know in due course.

hi everyone,

cheers to everyone who came through to the art school last weekend. here’s some handpicked videos from my own and others’ camera rolls as usual.

storytime:
had been nearly a year n a half since i did a night prior to this in glasgow, was rough going for a bit but all sound now.

was given the heads up that the art school was coming back into operation from some very kind gsa students at the end of last year. did a site visit just after new year and then locked in this night. for the few months up until this night i was staying behind in the office day after day to make sure i could make everything as good as it could be.

art school obv a hugely sentimental place to me but i knew it was gonna take a lot of work from logistics to tech to have it come even close to my rose tinted memories there.

was insanely hard graft - i was only on the highland spring this night and permanently stressed out my bin. woke up the next morning as if i was actually on it.

if it was ur first time in the art school, i hope this exceeded expectations.

if you attended my escapades in the art school from back in the day, i hope this night felt like as much of a homecoming for you as it was for me.

special thanks to .4vr n - appreciate it loads

extra special thanks to and ricky for pulling a 12hr+ shift to make the night sound, look and feel the best it could.

couldn’t be doing this without everyone makes it out to these nights - extremely grateful to have such a good crowd.
