Glasgow Canal Co-op

Glasgow Canal Co-op Helping unlock the canal's potential in north Glasgow. Posts from Glasgow Canal Co-op. We also host the annual Glasgow Canal Festival.

Glasgow Canal is an emerging destination, home to a host of innovative business and organisations including a thriving creative and cultural quarter, cutting-edge sports facilities, fantastic places to eat and drink, and an urban nature reserve. Stretching from Pinkston in Port Dundas to Firhill Basin in Maryhill, the canal is a hidden asset within Glasgow, located just 10 minutes from the city centre. By working collaboratively with local organisations, residents and stakeholders the Glasgow Canal Co-op aims to help shape how this part of the city develops and unlock the potential of the canal to create a vibrant neighbourhood for people to live, work and visit.
