The Great British Model Railway Show

This is Sharnbrook Summit, a ‘OO’ 4mm-scale model railway presented by the Kettering & District Model Railway Society.

It represents a busy four-track section of the Midland Main Line, near Irchester in Northamptonshire, set in the period between 1948 and 1968.

You can see this masterpiece in miniature along with up to 40 other layouts across the scales and gauges at the Great British Model Railway Show on 24/25 October.

Plans are now at an advanced stage for this year’s Great British Model Railway Show at the British Motor Museum, Gaydon on 24/25 October.
