29th August 2026 : The FINAL Edition of the Gateshead Trail 10k! A trail running race that's scenic, fast, & fun with PB potential. A great atmosphere and a friendly supportive vibe!

One of things we love about the GT10 is the presence of all the clubs across the North East.
Setting up their little Gazebos or flags as a meeting point.
Everyone getting together for team pics before the race and after.
People not currently members of clubs being inspired by the cameraderie and realising some clubs are truly all inclusive and not in any way intimidating, and then joining up themselves.
Its a real mix.
Always friendly, always supportive.
With maybe a smidge of competitiveness sprinkled in there too. 😁

If you had already entered this years GT10 which was scheduled for the 30th of August please check your emails.

This years event has unfortunately been postponed until Saturday August 22nd 2026.

Our aim is to make next years event the best one yet to make up for it.

The email details the reasons, and we sincerely apologise for the disappointment, and or inconvenience this may cause if travel arrangements have already been made etc.

The options on whether to defer to next year, or obtain a refund are also on the email too. Its a very easy and straight forward couple of options.
