So, the sun has set on the reincarnated Witham Vale ride and what a day we all had! The weather was kind and the sun shone on the horses' backs just when they needed it! The caterer was happy because the sun encouraged people to stay and eat his food. We will do a longer post when our brains are back in gear to thank and recognise everyone who helped to make this event a success. For those of you who knew them, I think that Mike & Val Cooper, to whom this event was dedicated, would have thought we did a good job!
