Damerham Dash - 5km and Kid Colour Fun Run

🎉 One week to go until the Damerham Dash! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

A huge thank you to everyone who has already signed up 🙌 If you haven’t yet, don’t worry — we’ll be taking entries on the day for the colour run, 5km, and 10km races 🎨👟

Whether you're running, walking, or bringing your dog along (on a lead please 🐕), everyone is welcome!

🚗 Free parking will be available on the sports field, and the timings for the day are:
🔥 08:00 – BBQ and registration opens
🌈 09:30 – Kids’ colour run (colour powder available to buy on the day)
🏁 10:30 – 5km & 10km races start

We’ve made a few tweaks to the route this year to reduce any confusion and minimise repetition for our 10km runners — we hope you enjoy the new course! 🗺️

☕🍰 There will also be plenty of cakes, treats, teas and coffees available to purchase — perfect for refuelling or cheering on participants!

🎉 Exciting News! Join Us for the Damerham Dash – Sunday 28th June 🏃‍♂️🌿

The Damerham Dash is back for its third year, and we’d love you to be part of it! 🙌
Choose between a 5km or 10km route, both set in the stunning countryside of Damerham Village 🌳✨

The fully marked, gently undulating courses are almost entirely off-road, guiding you along scenic bridlepaths and across beautiful farmland 🚜🌾 — areas not usually open to the public!

👟 Everyone is welcome!
Runners of all abilities can take part, as well as walkers and dog walkers 🐕 (dogs must be insured and kept on a lead).
