The wait is over. Here is a bit of information to make your day run smoothly.
Unopened soft drinks and food are allowed to be bought in.

Only alcohol purchased at the event is allowed (Security will be carrying out bag searches on arrival). 0% beers and wine will be allowed to be brought in.
Dogs are allowed but MUST be kept on a lead at all times and are discouraged due to the noise and crowded nature of the event.

There are a variety of food outlets. We have 5 fully stocked bars inside bar is members only. We have 4 bars outside, if one bar is busy, please use the other bar.

You can bring your own chairs and blankets please no gazebos.

Last orders is 21:45. Please arrange Taxis or Buses home in plenty of time.

Please bring cash on the day not all the stalls etc have card machines.

There is no cash back available on the day.

Please don’t bring bikes, scooters,balls,gazebos, large umbrellas for the safety of others on the day.

Free Parking and disabled parking for this event is on the cricket field which can be got to (off Canterbury Road or the Street) please follow the signs on the day. The club carpark is closed for emergency access only. Please can we also ask for people not to park down The Street, Cricketers Close or surrounding areas please this is very important, we have plenty of free parking on site. When getting taxis please get dropped off and picked up in the cricket field. Pedestrian only access via Cricketers Close, Cars can be left overnight but must be picked up before Sunday afternoon

You must bring your ticket on the day so please print from the email you received. Or can show on your phone.

Members area is for members only and members cant take non members in with them, also no children are allowed in members area without a adult
Wipeout, Lazer Tag, surf simulator you will need to get a wrist band £10 and this is for unlimited goes on these 3 attractions cash only for this. For all other rides etc you can pay cash or card,

We know rubbish collection is a important so we have the brilliant Wynsdale waste again this year.

Wynsdale are providing bins, bags and litter pickers to help us keep our festival tidy.

Please, please use the bins which will be scattered around the event.

If you’re feeling sprightly on Sunday the event clean up is a huge task, so if you’re about would be great
