An evening not to be missed!  A huge success and great fun last year, Elvis Shmelvis returns to Flaunden for our next fundraiser – this time as Ricky Lopez, with two new shows in one night:

- The New British Invasion show, featuring hits from top British bands of the 60s, and

- Country Act, with hits ranging from the likes of Johnny Cash to The Mavericks

7pm Saturday 23rd November 

Flaunden Village Hall

Tickets £30 – includes Fish & Chips (or Halloumi) from the ‘Well Nice’ fish & chip van. Cash Bar.

Flaunden's annual Christmas Craft Fayre is this Sunday 26th November at the Village Hall. Do come and join us for some festive cheer and present shopping 🎄 Santa will arrive at 3pm 🎅

Our cones were looking rather tatty so, rather than throwing them out and replacing with new, they've had a wash and been fitted with new reflective sleeves. Judging by the 10 digit phone numbers on the bases, some date from before 1995!

Elvis comes to Flaunden – Saturday 9th September!

Please slip on your blue suede shoes and join us for a fabulous evening of live music, provided by the very entertaining Elvis Schmelvis – the UK’s favourite Elvis tribute act. His alter ego Ricky Lopez will also be appearing with his Ratpack and Swing show.

Last week over 50 of Flaunden's residents came to the hall to thank our recently retired "postman extraordinaire" Alan for his many years of service in the village. He will be missed by us all. The dogs of Flaunden particularly miss him (and the biscuits that were always at the ready in his pocket!) so his retirement gift included a doggie photo album and well wishes.
We also had the Village hall AGM, Parish meeting and Parish Council AGM but it was definitely Alan that drew in the crowds!
