🚜Fishguard Show’s Tractor run & evening social🚜. This Saturday 6th June

📍Starting with Carwyn & Kim at Starway (field on Mathry crossroads), promptly leaving by 11am. (Bacon Rolls 9:30am-10.30am)

🍔🍦Lunch at Pointzcastle with ‘Get loaded’ followed by Ice Cream too

🚜 2nd part of the tractor run heads back towards Mathry via Hayscastle

💃🏼 Then take your tractors home and head back out for our Evening social 🍻 from 8pm at Farmers Arms Mathry. 🎵

🐴 Equine Influenza - Flu 🐴

We are closely monitoring the Equine flu situation here in west wales and are being guided by the show associations in regard to up to date legislations.

We highly recommend that you get your horses up to date with vaccinations if you want to attend shows this coming summer.
Although current guidelines are currently under ‘recommendations’, it could be enforced that all horses attending shows or gatherings this summer must be vaccinated and passport checks may need to be in place.

❗️Don’t wait… we want to see you join us this summer at Fishguard show on 7th Aug, speak to your vet now to get your vaccinations up to date. Boosters advisable every 6 months. ❗️

Great to see local involvement from Pembrokeshire, Cardiganshire and Carmarthenshire flying the flag for west Wales but representing UK farmers as a collective.

🚜 We have been fortunate to secure mental health training via RABI for 3 committee members.
Margo, Elinor and Angharad complete their training over the next couple of course dates.

🍀 This will provide invaluable help and support to farmers, agricultural workers and committee members should they need and listening and supportive ear.

🌾Kim our secretary has also recently completed a 3 day mental health and su***de course recently!

🙏🏼 A massive Thankyou must go to RABI for providing important and accessible training!

Massive Thankyou to everyone who came and supported our Quiz night fundraiser for Fishguard Show last night.
We had a full house with fantastic support.

💭Quiz masters, Charlie George & Sam Kurtz put on a fantastic 10 rounds keeping everyone on their toes.
Thank you both for your time and effort with the planning stages and last night too.

With only 2 point difference between the top 5 teams and half a point difference between first and second place. Rhiannon Ditri and team came away with the win! Congratulations 👏🏻🏆
