‘Feltonbury2026’ - Who’s On?? You've seen the names - so, continuing the A-Z 'run down', let me now introduce you to the 'S to T' artists who are behind the titles.

Seocan – a budding Northumbrian Piper from Felton

Sing Along A Sound Of Music – an iconic film, and a chance to sing along to favourite songs. ‘Leiderhosen’ is optional.

Skelt – in the ‘Shower Room’ with a bass, and a few tunes !!

Soundhouse - a three-piece guitar backing, fronted by a female duo with a strong accent on harmony. Crossing all pop and rock eras with a mash up of styles.

Snook – Felton’s very own Ceilidh Band. Join them at ‘The Plot’ for the Kids’ Ceilidh !!

Swap the Dog - a folk band playing a mix of traditional and contemporary songs, tunes and Americana. A blend of guitars, mandolin, fiddle and vocal harmonies.

Take Your Pick – are Renata Connors and Paul Morton - a folk, bluegrass, indie duo who play a mix of covers and originals.

Teddy King Big Band - fab-line up of saxes, trumpets, trombones, full rhythm section and a great vocalist; this Morpeth-based gets toes tapping to Big Band tunes old & new

Ten Ton Polar Bear – a 4 piece band of guitars, bass and drums; just starting out and playing a selection of popular covers.

The Boffs - Amble lads who played in the 60s and early70s. Reunited through retirement and still playing a range of psychedelic rock

The Bridge Singers – Felton and Thirston's very own villages’ community choir, with about half of our members coming from Felton or West Thirston, singing a wide range of music in classical, folk and popular styles. Our 2025-26 season has seen us celebrating our 10th birthday; celebrated by performing in a range of new venues, such as Newcastle Cathedral and Hexham Abbey as well as our favourite regular places, like Feltonbury and Brinkburn Priory. Today's programme will be a varied selection from our "Top 20" including songs by Stormzy, The Kinks, Henry Purcell, Anton Bruckner, folk music from Scotland...and so much more!

The Clap-Tones – playing a selection of well-known sing-along soft-rock music tunes – some of which will take you back to the 60s & 70s!

Jackdaw Duo – A duo performing rock and Americana in an acoustic style - Blackberry Smoke, AC/DC, Cheap Trick, Train, Whitesnake, Depeche Mode etc. but 'maybe' not the obvious songs.

Pooh-Bag Fairies - An energetic acoustic delivery of an eclectic mix of pop, blues and indie songs - old and new.

The Mist Calls - 19 year old twins Joe and Millie playing original songs blending folk and jazz, with a focus on storytelling, guitar melodies and harmonies, recently featured on BBC Introducing, The Late Show with John Kerr and other local radio shows.

Cows Lying Down - Newcastle band’s original songs with lyrics about life, emotions and human nature - all set to music of eclectic influences.

Meantime – a local 4 piece playing folk inspired tunes with a nod to Americana. Listen out for a new twist on a couple of old favourites.

Celia Bryce Band – this Tyneside-based, featuring the singing and song-writing of award-winning author Celia Bryce.

Revolver - a high energy rock/pop covers band, performing a spectrum of songs by various artists from the 80's and 90's. page - ‘Revolver Reloaded’.

Hague - a singer songwriter based in Northumberland who blends original tracks and unique covers with hidden gems from less familiar artists.

The Tinstones – will bring you a wide mixture of up-tempo folk-rock, bluegrass and country music.

You've seen the names - so, continuing the A-Z 'run down', let me introduce you to the 'M to R' artists who are behind the titles.

Mad Hattie and The Eclectic Guitarist - Classy duo playing songs from ‘The Great American Songbook’ and beyond

Matt Vinyl and The Undercoats – Maturing nicely like a fine wine the band will have you dancing in the G45 courtyard to a wide selection of quality pop songs and Beatles bangers. If not, they'll paint your house!!

Meantime – a local 4 piece playing folk inspired tunes with a nod to Americana. Listen out for a new twist on a couple of old favourites.

Moth - engaging performers and well known for superb musicianship, solid performances and finely crafted original songs. They will be playing songs from their debut album ‘Thirty Four Hundred’ and more.

Muddy Line – playing songs by singer/songwriter Jonathan Woodward, ably abetted by multi instrumentalist/studio wizard Steve Coates. The pair have been playing to audiences around the northeast for over 30 years. They work on the “Steely Dan” principle of bringing in other talented musicians as and when needed. Music can be a strange language… we’re still deciphering the code….

Nicky Bray's Musical Menagerie - specialises in humorous musical storytelling on weird and wonderful subject matter, while being playful with language, rhythm and rhyme, and incorporating creative ways to involve the audience.

Northern Railroad Collective - craft a lively, foot-stompin’ Americana mix of bluegrass, folk, and country, built on tight harmonies and driving rhythms

Not Going Back - a 3 piece band playing a mix of Folk-Rock, Contemporary Folk and tunes, plus some self-penned numbers.

Pooh-Bag Fairies - An energetic acoustic delivery of an eclectic mix of pop, blues and indie songs - old and new.

Pyper’s Wyrd – are Northumbrian Small Pipe players whose musical interests range from local tunes to French bourrees and from Swedish polska to Irish reels.

Qsax - is a group of five local saxophonists who enjoy playing a range of music for fun.

Revolver - a high energy rock/pop covers band, performing a spectrum of songs by various artists from the 80's and 90's. page - ‘Revolver Reloaded’.

Roy Heath – a poet who likes to think his writing is poetic about everyday things that ordinary people can relate to and hopefully it can make you smile and laugh

Rusty and The Fingers - Alnwick based group playing songs ranging from Galway Girl via Meet Me On The Corner to Fisherman's Blues. Special guest musicians will be joining us at Northumberland Arms for Feltonbury 2026 for one night only.

VENUE 12 - 76 Main Street - Artists: Helen Grierson and Almudena Rocca.

🎨 Helen creates stained glass and fused glass artwork. She has exhibited widely in the North East, London and abroad, and she has work in private and public collections.

🎨 Almudena, known as 'The Travelling Artist', is a ceramic artist and tattooist, living in a van. She’s inspired by nature, folk art and female archetypes.

📍Venue 12 is a perfect stop off point between the Village Hall and popular Pant House music venues so do drop by and say hello.

You've seen the names - so, continuing the A-Z 'run down', let me introduce you to who's behind the titles.

Ed Wood – playing a mixture of self penned songs as well as traditional and modern numbers and have been performing them many times over recent years.

Elaine Cusack - a poet who performs, rather than a performance poet. There is a difference. Come and see (and hear) for yourself.

Gambling Janes - two song-slinging, tune-toting gals will sing you songs of hardship and heartbreak

Georgia Tommy Shears – playing transatlantic blues, soul and folk.

Graham Bell – Original songs and poetry about rural and industrial Northumberland, written in the folk tradition.

Greycatz - A Vocal duo playing Guitar, Mandolin, Banjo and Harmonica, who’ve been playing professionally and gigging since 1988 (yes, 1988!)

Hague - a singer songwriter based in Northumberland who blends original tracks and unique covers with hidden gems from less familiar artists. Chocolate smooth vocals with a chilled acoustic vibe.

Harbour Lights - Amble's Community Choir - a varied programme of songs in 4-part harmony. Known for our happy performances!

Harps Northumbria – are from the Northumbrian Branch of the Clarsach Society, presenting a mix of music from England, Scotland and Ireland.

Inglenook – a Durham-based four piece folk group. Expect unique, original tunes alongside covers of their favourite folk songs

Jackdaw – (Saturday) - play an entertaining mix of rock and pop covers, spanning decades from the 60's right up to the present day.

Jackdaw Duo – (Friday) - A duo performing rock and Americana in an acoustic style. No backing tracks, no computers, just honest live music with great harmonies. You'll know the bands; Blackberry Smoke, AC/DC, Cheap Trick, Train, Whitesnake, Depeche Mode etc. but 'maybe' not the obvious songs.

'My Local Awards' North East - although voting has closed for 2026, it will reopen in 2027. This initiative demonstrates the use of 'The Plot' in helping 'Flow in Felton' nomination for the North East Wellness Business of the Year.

'The Plot' is an increasingly important community-related for several organisations (including Pumpkin Pie, the Scouts and, of course felton in Flow), promoting outdoors activities and enjoying nature. This is where a significant portion of the 'Feltonbury' income is spent - as well as funding each year's 'Music and Arts Festival'.

'Flow in Felton' is an independent yoga, massage and wellbeing Community Interest Company based in Felton, Northumberland. It offers yoga classes, holistic massage, one to one wellbeing sessions, workshops and accessible retreats. The business reinvests profits into local community wellbeing projects. Its work is centred on connection, rest and accessible wellbeing.

You've seen the names - so, starting the A-Z 'run down', let me introduce you to who's behind the titles.

Acoustic Misfits - What happens when you blend 3 Newcastle musicians, decades of cover songs and originals, many years of heavy cake abuse, and access to sound equipment? Come and find out.

Ali Rowland - a prize winning and ‘Best of the Net’ nominated poet and author from Amble. I’ll be reading a selection of poems including some from my fourth collection, Coquet Tales, which has just been published.

Alnwick Allstars Vocal Group - established in March 2022 with the help of a local charity. Since then the group has grown and has performed locally and further afield. The Alnwick Allstars is a non-auditioned choir that welcomes new members three times a year.

Big Ron’s House Band – 7-piece band of "mature" musicians emanating once again from The Glasshouse – ‘Make Music Program’. We sing and play music we like and hope you do too!

Big Sky – Northumberland based acoustic duo bringing you ‘unplugged’ versions of favourite rock and pop classics with a folky ‘twist’.

Bookends – masters of catchy melodies and harmonies - a husband and wife acoustic duo that have been writing their own songs, and performing together for about 16 yrs. They are supported by a talented bass player, Andy Hogg, who runs a very successful and friendly music evening in Stanley every Wednesday, plays in ‘The Blue Moon Band and has hair should have its own website!

Boys Of Summer – playing their own arrangements of songs across many genres, featuring bands from the 1970’2-90s, including The Eagles, REM, Rod Stewart, Steely Dan.

Brian Arthur – ‘Morning Meditation at St Michael and All Saints’ – ‘Bach on Brian’s Magic Mandola’. Inspired by Chris Thile’s amazing performances of J S Bach’s solo violin music on the mandolin, Brian has learned Bach’s Third Cello Suite on the mandola (tuned CGDA like the Cello) It’s been a revelation and it sounds stunning on the mandola. It really sparkles in the higher octave. The whole suite takes about 25 minutes.

Celia Bryce Band – this Tyneside-based, featuring the singing and song-writing of award-winning author Celia Bryce.

Chris Metherell – Busking in the ‘Shower Room’ venue with a Nyckleharpa and/or Melodeon. Sounds fun but could be messy?

Cows Lying Down - Newcastle band’s original songs with lyrics about life, emotions and human nature - all set to music of eclectic influences.

D&G Ceilidh Band – a local band who will perform their favourite pieces from across the year.

Dan Ashton – uses natural imagery drawn in from his life in the wilds of Northumberland. Expect the bees he keeps and collie dog he roams the hills with to be used to help convey songs of love, loss and childhood memories. The songs are original sounding and quite personal yet remarkably relatable. Once described as an 'untypical songwriter'.

Detroit Tourist Board – is primarily the musical project of Detroit-born singer-songwriter Patrick Lawrence - performing live with a full band.

Detroit V8 - High voltage ‘00s rock 'n' roll from America’s Rust Belt… and a few older classics.

The 'Festival' version of a really busy 'Feltonbury2026' music schedule on the evening of Friday 26th June, and throughout the day on Saturday 27th June. There's so much going on that it's hard to read on this page. However, if you refer to www.feltonbury.co.uk - 'What's On' you'll see a downloadable version of the music schedule as well as who the performers are.
Running side-by-side with this is the 'Arts Trail' at a number of workshops and studios across the villages. A fantastic weekend is in store for everyone!!

VENUE 10 - Gallery 45 - One of THE main hubs for music and art at Feltonbury on Saturday 27 June, you’ll get a warm welcome from the team there as well as teas, coffees, cakes and snacks 🎶🎨☕️🍰

There will be artists, crafters and makers on 13 stalls in the Long Room …a little bit of everything to enjoy browsing. Also all the brilliant resident studio artists: Renira Barnes - Awl by Hand - Diana Fitzpatrick - Alnwick Soap Company - Pam Stevenson - Fine Felafel Fibres - Sarah Farooqi Art
