THIS FRIDAY - Spring is in the air, and it's therefore time for our annual Easter silent disco at La Vida!!! Three channels of great tunes as always - DJ Marco Spina mixing live on stage, some La Vida classics, and we're thinking maybe an RnB channel??? Dance off that chocolate before you've eaten it, doors open from 7pm with the silent disco starting at 9pm - head to the La Vida web site to secure your advance tickets now:

TONIGHT!!! Back by popular demand, the mySilentDisco team are returning to the gorgeous La Vida for a festive silent disco. Yes, there will be Christmas cheese - plus some proper tunes - and it definitely won't be silent - the headphone action starts at 9pm, but get there earlier for a festive tipple!

ONE WEEK TO GO!!! Back by popular demand, the mySilentDisco team are returning to the gorgeous La Vida for a festive silent disco on Friday 5th. Yes, there will be Christmas cheese - plus some proper tunes - and it definitely won't be silent - the headphone action starts at 9pm, but get there earlier for a festive tipple (better still, book a pre-disco meal downstairs at the amazing Loco restaurant!)

UPDATE: tonight's silent disco at the gorgeous La Vida in Felixstowe is sold out online, but we've got a few tickets reserved for the door - get there early to avoid disappointment! The silent disco starts at 9pm, but you can get there earlier to claim your stop on the dance floor 😁
