This princess extravaganza was designed from a vision sent over by our customer, and we absolutely loved bringing it to life

And believe it or not… these beauties fitted perfectly into the customer’s car for transport too.

A little reminder when collecting your balloons:
Please arrive with a large empty car and all back seats folded down where possible. This helps your balloons travel home safely, stress-free, and in perfect condition ready for your celebrations.

Yesterday I travelled to Wistow to style a luxury holiday home for a very special week of celebrations for its residents.

POLITE NOTICE

The shop is closed today whilst I enjoy some of the bank holiday weekend as I have displays booked in tomorrow and bank holiday Monday.

The shop will also be closed this next week to allow me to enjoy half term with my 3 children.

Please don’t worry any bookings in the diary will be fulfilled as scheduled I’m just enjoying the time off whilst I can.

Can I kindly ask that if you no longer wish to proceed with an order, you please send me a quick message to let me know.

I manage a very high volume of messages and over a hundred bookings each month, so on occasion a £15 deposit may be overlooked at the time when things are particularly busy. Of course, I always ensure full balances are checked prior to collection, however not sending a deposit does not automatically confirm that an order is cancelled.

I have many returning customers whom I trust, and unless I am informed otherwise, I will always honour a booking that is in my diary.

Over the past month, I have had two customers fail to notify me that they wished to cancel their order, until I messaged to confirm collection/delivery time, which unfortunately resulted in wasted time and materials.

While I appreciate that I also have responsibility for checking deposits, it only takes a moment to send a polite message confirming that you no longer wish to proceed.

Cannot wait for the sun to arrive at the end of the week, ready for the bank holiday weekend. I’m so tired of being cold but I refuse to put the heating back on! Is anyone else the same?
