The reason that we started running these events was to help people like you, achieve their goals. You may not have run half a mile before but if you want to race in our next 10K, kayak around Hayling Island or tackle an ultra, then we are here to help you reach that goal. The sense of achievement that you will feel once you complete your first milestone will stay with you forever. We always love s

Have you ever fancied giving a triathlon a go but weren't too keen on the swim? Then the Tide Chaser Series could be exactly what you're looking for!

Tomorrow evening sees the start of our brand-new 2026 series at the beautiful Andrew Simpson Watersports Centre, Portsmouth (PO3 5LY).

The Blue Wave is a brand-new running wave exclusively for adult participants representing Pompey in the Community and Portsmouth Football Club. By joining, you’ll run alongside fellow supporters, friends, and community champions.

Whether you’re a seasoned runner or taking on your first challenge, the Blue Wave is for anyone who wants to run with purpose and passion.

Mini & Junior Places Also Available

While the Blue Wave is for adults only, Mini and Junior entries are available for young runners who want to take part in the Great South Run weekend. Bring the whole family and make it a true community event.
