Colebrooke Therapeutic Garden is based in Fermanagh, offering person-centred therapeutic support for individuals and groups experiencing mental health challenges.

Surrounded by the quiet beauty of Fermanaghโ€™s lakes, fields and woodlands, our walled garden offers a calm and welcoming alternative to more traditional services. We support people from across the community who may find it difficult to access or feel comfortable in clinical environments, creating instead a space where they can slow down, feel at ease, and begin to reconnectโ€”with themselves, with others, and with the natural world around them.

Each person is encouraged to move at their own pace, with the freedom to shape their own experience. Our approach is rooted in respect, empathy, and the belief that meaningful change comes when people feel heard, valued, and in control of their own journey.

At Colebrooke, the garden is more than a settingโ€”it is part of the healing process, offering space to reflect, restore, and find a way forward.
