The Emsworth Show is one of our town’s favourite community events — run entirely by volunteers through the Emsworth Horticultural Society.
We’re looking for enthusiastic people to join our committee and help make the next Show the best one yet!
🙌 Volunteers Manager
Keep our volunteer army running smoothly!
Coordinate all volunteers across show weekend and show day.
Prepare a clear timetable and ensure everyone knows where they’re needed.
Liaise with volunteers before and during the event, offering support and guidance.
Perfect for someone who’s friendly, organised, and enjoys working with people
🛠 Other roles we’re also seeking:
Arena Manager – oversee bookings for the entertainment on show day
Marketing & Social Media Lead – help spread the word and build excitement.
Grounds Manager – manage site layout, safety, parking, and infrastructure.
Show Chair - Lead the team that makes the Show happen!
Volunteers Manager – liase with volunteers up until show and the weekend itself
Parking Manager - Coordinate a small team to help visitors parking.
