Growing up without faith, Kane Dick didn't step inside a church until he was 16 years old. Although academically successful, his teenage years were driven by the pursuit of pleasure and regularly finding himself in trouble.

Then everything changed.

At the age of 16/17, Kane encountered Jesus Christ—an experience that completely transformed the direction of his life.

Today, Kane combines a successful international career with a passion for serving God and his community. After spending a decade negotiating complex global commercial agreements as an in-house legal counsel and Global Contract Manager, he now helps international organisations transform their legal teams as a consultant. Alongside this, he also runs The Jerk Box, a Caribbean street food business.

Since 2015, Kane has been pioneering a church in Aylesbury, investing in people, building community and sharing the hope he discovered for himself. He is also a devoted husband and father of three.

Married for over 46 years, Chris and Robin Kretschman have dedicated their lives to sharing the Gospel and making disciples.
