Sub 18, 19 & 22 mins
Experience at pacing is preferred, for example at parkrun. You should be able to run the pace comfortably so you can encourage your followers!🏃‍♀️🏃🏼

So exciting… just 3 weeks until the Eastbourne 5k & junior mile on Sunday 27th Sep. Starts and finishes at Holywell on the lower prom (near the tea chalet). Flat & fast out and back course. Medals for all finishers (sponsored by Stenning Roofers), chip timing, big start & finish arch, age group prizes age 35 - 70+ in 5 year age brackets, plus podium prizes 1,2,3. Raising money for Adi's Sunshine fund. All abilities welcome.
Junior mile 0900 for ages 4-14
5k 0930 (must be 11+). Enter via Eastbourne Runs
