What a weekend of adventure at the BPW ladies day, we had an amazing day pushing our comfort zones, learning new skills and mainly 💩’ing ourselves quite a lot 🤣

We met some very cool ladies including and got to hear a bit about her journey into riding. Thanks to all the team for looking after us. Can’t wait for the next one 🫶🏼

It was officially the first day of spring yesterday 🌞🐑🐄🐣 and luckily the South Downs got the memo! It was SO BEAUTIFUL 😍

We did a lovely little loop through Jevington and Friston Forest, over to in Litlington for a smoothie and their famous orange and date flapjack.

If you’re going to ditch work for the day, got to make it count 🤪

Last muddy ride of the year! The energy levels were low but it had to be done, Teddy needed walking and I needed air and nature time 💚

My work life balance has been way off this year and this needs to change. There’s nothing like a new year looming to help shift your perspective. I need more riding time!

Being part of this amazing ladies riding community has definitely got me through some low points of the year. Bring on the 2025 challenges, I’m ready…… I think

Want to plan new routes and places to explore but don’t know how? Well now’s your chance 👉 31 July - Komoot Route Planning Masterclass. Run by our very own .velo who knows a fair bit about route planning! There’s not a gravel path, road or hill in the United Kingdom her wheels haven’t rolled over.

📍Meet at 6pm to learn how to get the most out of Komoot route planning app. We’ll plan a short route and then ride it!

We have a couple more dates for your diary.

Sat 15 June - 9am meet Litlington. Route Litlington/Friston Forest/Lulington. Route tbc

Fri 21 June - 6pm meet Lewes for a Summer solstice ride and apres beer. Route tbc.

All rides are no drop, party pace and an average of 2hrs. We can’t promise there won’t be hills but it will be fun. More details on route to follow. Hope to see your faces again soon.
