DysFest Conditions of Entry
Welcome to DysFest! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following conditions of entry:
1. **Valid Ticket:** Present a valid ticket for entry. Gate tickets are also available for purchase.
2. **Children/Persons under the age of 16**
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult age 18+. Anyone under the age of 18 caught drinking or in the possession of alcohol, will have the alcohol confiscated and may be ejected (together with, at our discretion, anyone in the same party) from the event without any refund.
Anyone over the age of 18 caught buying alcohol for someone under the age of 18, will be ejected (together with, at our discretion, anyone in the same party) from the event without any refund.
3. **Security Screening:** All attendees are subject to security screening, including bag checks, to ensure the safety of all festival-goers. Refusal to consent to searches will result in the non-consenting person to be denied entry. If already entered, ejection from the event without refund.
4. **Prohibited Items:**
- Weapons, illegal substances, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
- Glass containers, fireworks, laser pointers, and any other items deemed dangerous by security are not allowed.
5. **Drugs:**
- The use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Violators will be reported to North Wales Police.
6. **Behavior and Respect:**
- Respect fellow attendees, artists, staff, and the environment. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
7. ** Own Alcohol**
Alcoholic beverages are permitted to be brought in reasonable quantities.
8. **Health and Safety:**
- Attendees must follow all health and safety protocols, including COVID-19 guidelines, if applicable.
- First aid stations are available for medical assistance. Please stay hydrated and take breaks if needed.
9. **Environmental Responsibility:**
- Keep the festival grounds clean by using designated waste disposal bins.
- Refrain from littering or damaging festival property.
10. **Liability:**
- Attendees assume all risks and responsibilities associated with attendance, including injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
- The event organisers, venue, and performers are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses.
11. **Evacuation and Emergency Procedures:**
- Follow instructions from festival staff and security in the event of an evacuation or emergency.
12. **Entry Denial and Ejection:**
- Festival organisers reserve the right to deny entry or eject anyone who violates these conditions or poses a threat to safety.
13. **Dogs/Animals**
Dogs/Animals are prohibited from being on site, with the exception of guide/service dogs.
14. **Smoking/Vaping**
We are a no smoking/vaping site, there is a strict no smoking rule in relation to the tented areas, food, drink, and stage areas. There is a designated smoking area provided and marshals/event staff can guide you to this area.
By entering Dysfest you agree to abide by these conditions of entry. We hope you have an incredible time enjoying the music, entertainment, and vibrant atmosphere!
