Looking for a calm, beautiful space near Durham for your next workshop, team day, client event, training, or small business gathering?

Durham Woodland Workspace is available to hire as a whole space in a peaceful woodland setting, and it is designed to feel easy to use, warm, and welcoming from the moment people arrive.

It works especially well for events that need a more thoughtful atmosphere than a standard meeting room, somewhere people can settle in, think clearly, and actually enjoy being.

Whole space hire is £75 for a half day or £125 for a full day.

That includes:

peaceful woodland setting
easy parking
Wi-Fi
breakout spaces
kitchen access
loose-leaf tea, herbal infusions, and filter coffee

We also have private offices and co-working days if you need something smaller or more flexible.

Durham Woodland Workspace is available for private hire in a peaceful woodland setting near Durham.

It’s a warm, thoughtfully designed cabin space for meaningful work, ideal for small group events, workshops, client sessions, team days, and gatherings that need a more grounded, welcoming atmosphere.

Private hire pricing:
£75 half day
£125 full day

That includes Wi-Fi, parking, breakout space, kitchen access, plus loose-leaf tea, herbal infusions, and filter coffee.

We’re available weekdays, evenings, and weekends, and are now taking bookings for summer, autumn, and pre-Christmas dates.

We’re looking forward to welcoming Amanda in just over a week. Her summer solstice on Sunday 21st was actually the first private hire booking we took, several months in advance when the ground was brown and the trees bare!
