Some weddings just stop you in your tracks.

H & T's day was one of those. Vows in the walled garden, cake cutting beneath the cascading white wisteria, and then into the manor - candlelit and dressed in the most extraordinary florals from floor to ceiling. A day we will not forget in a hurry.

Congratulations to this beautiful couple. What an absolute privilege to have been part of your day.

Meet Ashleigh.

Originally from South Africa, Ashleigh grew up on a farm with a natural love of countryside living and bringing people together. Before moving to England, she spent several years working in events - gaining experience in organisation, hospitality and creating memorable experiences that translates beautifully to her role at Burningfold.

Married to Harry, Richard and Jessica's son, Ashleigh is part of the team throughout the summer season, supporting couples through their planning and on the day itself, ensuring everything runs smoothly so they can feel relaxed and fully present.

Both she and Harry play polo, and alongside weddings she is closely involved in the polo side of the estate. For Ashleigh, the two worlds sit together naturally - both centred around people, celebration and the equestrian lifestyle that ties so beautifully into the spirit of Burningfold.

What she loves most is the freedom Burningfold gives couples to make the venue entirely their own, and the genuine heart the team puts into making every wedding truly special.

A little preview from Emma & Ryan’s wedding last weekend - and what a day it was.

Welcome drinks in the secret garden, vows in the walled garden, an illustrator painting the whole ceremony as it happened. Drinks by the pool, the most beautiful florals, and an evening in the marquee with everyone they love.

Before our first wedding of the season this week, we couldn’t help but look back at one of our lovely couples, Helen & Dec, and their beautiful spring celebration from last year - along with their gorgeous dog 🤍

There’s something so special about this time of year - the flowers just beginning to bloom, softer light across the estate and those early golden evenings. We’re so looking forward to the weddings ahead.
