5Star Sport is a rugby and hockey sports provider including Easter and Summer camps and private Coaching Sessions. We provide a fantastic opportunity for boys and girls of all abilities aged 8-16 to develop their all round game ahead of a new season. There will be a focus on individual skills and game situation training, with training specifically tailored to the needs of each individual, all delivered by some of the best coaches in Scotland. There will also be the unique opportunity for the players to have their progress monitored during the week with video analysis and there will be special guest appearances from current and former internationals throughout. Our only requirements are that the player wants to improve and, above all, enjoy their rugby and hockey
