**IMPORTANT NOTICE**
A few bits of info in advance of the festival;
Beltie Beer Festival Welcomes You To A Fun & Safe Event.
No ticket no entry - There are a few tickets available from the Mid Steeple. Please ensure you have a ticket in advance.
Re-entry will only be allowed with the appropriate wrist band.
This is a cash only event.
Gates will open at 12 noon.
Last orders will be at 1815 hrs and the site closes at 1845hrs.
Pedestrian entry will be from the Main Rugby Club Entrance.
For anyone with restricted mobility an accessible entrance is next to the car park.
Car Parking will be from the Criffel Entrance further along the New Abbey Road. We have been advised by roads to discourage any on street parking.
PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO ENTER THE RUGBY CLUB ENTRANCE WITH A VEHICLE- EMERGENCY VEHICLES AND PEDESTRIANS ONLY.
Please note the following;
We operate a Challenge 25 Drinks Policy.
We retain the right to refuse entry or service at our discretion
You may be asked for ID at any time.
We operate a zero tolerance to illegal drugs.
No Illegal Substances
No Weapons
No Glass
No Alcohol unless purchased within the site
No Alcohol to be taken out with the site area
No Food unless purchased within the site
No Pets
No Vending or Trading unless authorised
No Open Fires
No smoking or va**ng within marquees or covered structures.
No gazebos or equipment that could cause injury or affect the sight lines of others attending the festival.
There will be access to drinking water within the site for refilling water bottles.
Please treat staff and other festival go-ers with respect
