Rode the 2020/2021 Route today and although the weather was not as sunny as it has been lately, the Worcestershire countryside still looked magnificent.

Tomorrow would have been the annual Salt Sportive 100km & 50km ride in aid of Chawson First School Association ( CFSA ) One silver lining for the organisation and management team is that the all new route is ready, great new medals have been designed and new feed stations have been located all ready for next year!

All refunds have now been processed, back to your original payment method. Give it a few days to appear.

We have had one or two questions regarding when they will see the refund for the Salt Sportive. We are working with British Cycling to issue the refunds right now. Fingers crossed should be issued early next week.

Hi Everyone,

Last year saw the people of Droitwich and keen cyclists from as far away as Cornwall, raise £3500 for Chawson first School. The Salt Sportive doubled British Cycling’s estimated numbers for a first time run event and we were so grateful to all those that came out to support us.

On the advice of British Cycling at this time of uncertainty, it is with great regret that we have to cancel this year’s event on May 3rd. We will be sending out emails to all riders registered over the next few days and we ask you for your patience while we do this, as we have a few to get through.

Be assured that we will be working hard to bring you a fantastic event for 2021. Stay safe everybody.
