A wonderful evening at the Colin Nash Restaurant tonight celebrating Mary Reader and an incredible 11 years of dedication, passion and hard work as founder of Highcliffe Food and Arts Festival

As Mary steps down from the commitee, the team (with a new chairperson) look forward to keeping this free family festival a great fixture on the calender of so many for 2027.

Thank you, Mary, for your dedication to Highcliffe.
And thank you to Colin Nash for hosting a lovely evening.

🍴✨ A huge shout-out to the Highcliffe Food Festival, which took place on 13th & 14th June!

What a fantastic celebration of local food, drink, and community spirit. From delicious street food and artisan treats to live entertainment and a brilliant atmosphere, it was wonderful to see so many people supporting local businesses and enjoying everything our area has to offer. 🌞🍔🍰

Events like these are what make our local community so special! 🎉

Wow what a fantastic weekend! 🎉 The streets & Recreation ground are now clear again.

☀️ HUGE THANKS 🙏 to the team at Tesco for coming to our rescue this morning when we had no bins.

🗑 A glitch with the council bins meant we had to improvise - and in true " Blue Peter" style (for those of us who remember 😉) we created bins 🎨

Its at moments like this that true community spirit shines through ✨️ and Highcliffe Food and Arts Festival appreciate it 🥰

🎪 We were thrilled to meet Issac and Beauden Dignam this morning, who came to see us in Mary's Kitchen.

✨️They were both prize winners in the 🎨 competition to design a face following the style of Guissepe Arcimbolo, a well known Italian artist who lived from 1527 to 1593.

Do come and see us, we are here until 5pm today
