We are opening our working farm to you this Sunday as part of Open Farm Sunday 🚜🌾

This is your chance to go behind the scenes and discover what happens beyond the fields, meeting the people, animals and machinery that keep the farm running throughout the year.

Here’s what you can expect:

🌾 A display of farm machinery, including some of the impressive equipment used across the estate

🐑 Meet a selection of our livestock and farm animals

🎤 Hear directly from our farm team through talks and demonstrations throughout the day

This year, Kingston Maurward Horse Trials is bringing so much more to the weekend, making it a fantastic day out for the whole family, whether you know your show jumping from your dressage or not.

Alongside the sporting action, you can explore our brand-new Country Fair, browse a variety of trade stands, enjoy delicious food and drink, enter your dog into our dog show, meet the animals in the Animal Park and get involved in family-friendly activities across the estate.

A quick notice for anyone planning a visit this Saturday (30th May).

The Gardens will be closed for a private wedding celebration, but the good news is that the Animal Park and The Dragonfly will remain open as normal.

You can still enjoy a day with the animals, grab a drink or bite to eat at The Dragonfly, and make the most of everything else the estate has to offer.

On Sunday 7th June, we are opening our gates as part of Open Farm Sunday, giving you the chance to discover the world of farming right here at Kingston Maurward.

is one of the UK’s biggest celebrations of farming, connecting people with the farmers who produce our food, care for the countryside and help protect the environment we all enjoy.

Throughout the day, there will be opportunities to learn more about life on the farm, meet the people behind it and discover the important role farming plays in our everyday lives.

Whether you are a regular visitor to the estate or have never stepped onto a farm before, this is a fantastic opportunity to get closer to the land, the animals and the people who care for them.
