The Dorset County Show is the major event in Dorset's calendar - always falling on the first weekend in September. Situated just outside of the County Town of Dorchester it is easy to reach by train, car, bike or foot. Whether its cows or coats, horses or ham baguettes, cars or corn, fun fairs or fancy food - entertainment galore all weekend.

Dorset, where do we even begin?! What. A. Weekend.

Thank you to every single person that joined us for the 2026 County Show.

Visitors, traders, sponsors, contractors and acts - you made the 2026 Show one for the history books. Whether you came for the animals, monster trucks, music or maybe the delights of the Food Halls. We hope you enjoyed the 2026 County Show.

The biggest thank you goes to the incredible army of stewards that work tirelessly to make the County Show. Each part of the Show is curated by so many incredible peoples commitment throughout the year and in build up which comes together to make your county show.

So for now, Dorset and all those from further afield as far as Canada and New Zealand. Thank you. Thank you for the memories. Thank you for making the 2026 Dorset County Show.
