If you have ever thought about starting running this is your chance 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️

Just a week to go until the start of our next Couch to 5k course. So far, over the last 6 years, more than 350 people have completed the course and taken up running with us. We are really looking forward to helping more people achieve their goal.
Just come along next Monday at 5.45pm, ready to start at 6pm.

With the RFU delaying the season for 2 weeks, these are now the new fixture lists for our 1st and 2nd XVs for the upcoming 26/27 season

The season starts on Saturday 26th September, where our newly promoted 1st XV will entertain Heath 2nd XV at Home in a Counties 2 fixture.

Our 2nd XV start their Counties 4 campaign with a trip to Dinnington 2nd XV.
