As many of our runners will know we have been lucky to be supported by the South Snowdonia Search & Rescue Team at our events for almost 13 years!
We'd encourage any who loves the area and our events to give the SSSART organised Trawsfynydd Lake Race a try in April, a beautiful route, with the added bonus of supporting a very worthwhile cause!

Local pottery business Draig Dipsy Dragon have been hand-crafting our prize winners gift for almost 10 years, and owners Sue and Peter Barnes have also been running our events for about the same length of time. Each prize is unique and made with love. Diolch Sue and Pete! ❤️

Well quite frankly you will have to if you want to make it to the finish line of the 2025 powered by Suunto tomorrow 😄
But as a race within a race we time all you Winter Trailers from the bottom to the top of the Sting at mile 5 - 500m in length with 105m of elevation gain and an average gradient of 16.9% 🥴
These wonderful hand made trophies are forged in by and mounted on stones from the Sting climb itself and will be given to the fastest male and female on that infamous climb 💪 and perhaps most importantly are presented in the memory of long-time .cyb family member Alan 'Lwi' Lewis ❤️

Once again in 2025 we are proud to be powered by Suunto at this weekend's race and the race prize fund will be over £2000 courtesy of our partners at SUUNTO, Torq and Bridgedale 🙏
The team from SUUNTO will have some great event only discount deals on the awesome Race, Race S and Vertical watches, along with their fabulous SUUNTO Wing and Sonic headphones! You will also have the opportunity to demo some of the watch units at their expo stand, so make sure you pop and see Alec and Rory on race day
