👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 A brilliant free family day out is coming to Derby on Sat 6 Jun, in collaboration with Derby City Council and Derby LIVE! Osnabrück Day features hands-on workshops, creative activities, performances and interactive fun across the city centre - something for all ages to enjoy together.

Events taking place at Derby Market Hall:
✨ Surtal Arts presents silk painting, Dhol drumming and performances celebrating Bharatanatyam and Afro dance, plus, dance workshops.
✨Screen printing (People of Print / Dept Store Co) - From an open call, 50 poster designs will be selected for exhibition on Sadler Gate, and two chosen for you to print yourselves to take away.
✨Postcard making (SmallPrint Company) - Create a unique crafted postcard using collage, illustration, typing or letterpress. Based on the themes of friendship, peace, love and pride.
✨Derby Choral Union performance
✨FOLK3D, dance displays & maypole
✨Sid Bowfin street show
✨Trinity Warriors performance and workshops
✨Performances from Nadia Jane Performing Arts and Jamie Thompson

Experience a vibrant showcase celebrating the incredible talent of the next generation of business owners right here in our community.

From handcrafted jewellery and unique art to innovative fashion and delicious artisan treats, come support the brightest young minds (aged 16-30) as they bring their passions to life.

Successful traders from this event will be chosen by expert judges and progress to the regional final for the Derby and East Midlands area, which will be held at Harborough Market later in the summer.
