💜🖤DDF 2026 is complete!🖤 💜

Thank you again to our fantastic Adjudicator, Miss Janet Terry for all of your helpful comments and feedback for all of our competitors.

Thank you to everyone that made DDF possible, we are so grateful and we really couldn’t have done it without you. And of course, thank you to all the incredible talent of the East Midlands, your teachers, friends and families, without you there wouldn’t have been a competition. We have loved watching all of you.

Pictured are our DDF 2026 Bursary Finalists. What a phenomenal Bursary that was! Well done to you all! Congratulations to Alice who was awarded this years Bursary for her Modern solo and Aurora who was awarded runner up for her Acro🏆

We are already so excited for 2027! We will be in touch with the dates soon🤩 but for now enjoy a well deserved rest and dance mums have a lovely Mother’s Day tomorrow!

🌟DDF Bursary🌟

Tomorrow’s Bursary is included in our afternoon session or all day ticket. For those that are arriving just for the Bursary we will be charging £2.50 for spectators (anyone that has performed in the festival will be free but seat priority will go to paying customers).

A Bursary Finalist transfer can be added to your DDF t-shirts or hoody if these have already been purchased from Martin (you are still able to purchase T-shirts tomorrow). He will be in the Atrium like previous weekends.

How to book!
Photography is by request and can be booked either in person on the day, or by email in advance. Once dances are booked and paid for you receive all the images!
Please note: Dances that are not booked are not photographed.

To book in person at the festival
Simply find me at the festival to give me details of the dances you would like photographing. I will be in the registration area from 8.30am daily and in breaks between sections. You can even speak to me in the theatre last minute if the section has already started!

To book by email in advance
For dances in the first session of the day it is helpful to email the dancer name and section in advance to [email protected]
Please note: It is still important to come and see me when you arrive to check your booking! Please don’t send bookings by email once the festival has started.

Prices
Photography is £15 per dance. You receive a minimum of 20 (but usually more!) high-res images, in both colour and black and white. Payment by cash or card at the festival.

Delivery of images
You will receive a link to your photos by email after the festival has finished. Please allow up to three weeks for a busy festival!
