Delamere parkrun Delamere parkrun is a free to enter, timed 5k run held every Saturday at Old Pale Car Park near Linmere Visitor Centre at Delamere Forest

Delamere parkrun starts 300 yards past the cafe at the start of the Gruffalo trail. It takes in a lap of Blakemere before returning to the start. Join us at.9am every Saturday. Register for free at:

As you can see, the new bridge is narrower and taller than the previous one. Please be considerate to other forest users, especially when approaching the bridge.

Please make sure you arrive in plenty of time to hear the briefing before the run as there’ll be important notices.
