Tribute Takeover Festival

All refunds for ticket holders of Tribute Takeover Festival 2025 have now been processed, all refunds should be in bank accounts within 3-5 working days (if you have not already received them already).

Any ticket holder who has not received their refund by Friday 6th June 2025, please send an email to:

[email protected]

With the subject title 'REFUND QUERY', we will then investigate and check with the ticketing platform and ensure you receive your refund.

The email account is monitored every Friday between 9am and 12pm.

We thank all of you for your patience and your support of the festival, we are deeply saddened that we could not go ahead, but thank you to all the 450+ ticket holders who supported us. Thank you.

Stall Holders have all been emailed today and have been asked to provide bank details via email to allow the return of their deposits. Once again, please do not message on any platform other than email as this is sensitive information and we do not monitor messages on this account whilst dealing with refunds.

Once again, thank you to everyone for their patience and kindness.

It's been a tough weekend of discussions and trying to figure out whether there is anyway possible for us to continue with the festival, however, sadly we are going to have to cancel the festival in full.

We hugely appreciate the support we have been given from all of those involved and the people who have purchased tickets, all the way back from the announcement of the festival till now.

The cancellation is due to not getting close enough to the financial budget for the event, sadly this is now becoming quite common in the event's market all over the UK and it is with a heavy heart that after all the efforts and time taken from the team behind the festival, we have had to make this decision.

All ticket holders and stall holders (whom have paid deposits for stalls) will be refunded in full 100%.

The processing of the refunds will begin this week and we advise that refunds may take up to 2 working weeks to process (End date - Friday 30th May). We ask that all ticket holders and stall holders await until that date and if you have not received your refund by then, then please get in touch.

Stall holders will receive an email during the course of this week asking for relevant bank details for a BACS payment for their deposit. Please await our email.

The Easter Trail at Betteshanger Park starts today at 10am! 😍🐰

Tickets can be booked online, but walk in's are welcome to simply come and purchase at the reception of the park.

Featuring a fun frolic through the woods trying to help find the Easter bunnies lost eggs!

Plus a meet & greet with Easter Egg given to each child!
