🍾 Tombola Bottle Collectors Needed! 🍾

Could you help the Datchet Village Fete by collecting bottles for our popular tombola?

We're looking for volunteers to act as Bottle Collectors for individual streets or areas of Datchet. It's a simple but vital role that helps us gather the donations that make our tombola such a success. If you can spare a little time to collect bottles on an allocated day, we'd love to hear from you.

We're also looking for bottle donations. If you have a bottle of wine, spirits, beer, soft drink, or anything else suitable lurking in a cupboard, we'd be delighted to give it a new home on our tombola stall!

Every bottle donated helps us raise vital funds for local charities and community groups. You can give donations to our bottle collectors when they call, or drop them off at We Stitch and Fix on the Green, who have kindly agreed to accept them during opening hours.

With over 40 stalls and attractions, it's one of the largest fetes in the county! Expect a bouncy castle, vintage cars and much more. Browse artisan stalls, enjoy delicious food and homemade cakes, grab a pint or a cuppa, and soak up an afternoon of live music and entertainment.

Stalls at Datchet Village Fete

We have just a few spaces left for stalls at the fete. PM us to book your space.

You can run a:
1. business stall (£40 fee)
2. craft stall (£30 fee)
3. charity stall

With over 40 stalls and attractions, it's one of the largest fetes in the county! Expect a bouncy castle, vintage cars and much more. Browse artisan stalls, enjoy delicious food and homemade cakes, grab a pint or a cuppa, and soak up an afternoon of live music and entertainment.

☀️ We've ordered sunshine, lined up over 40 stalls and attractions, and we're ready for a brilliant afternoon of family fun!

Join us for the historic Datchet Village Fete on Saturday 4th July.

Performers Wanted – Datchet Village Fete 🎭

Do you run a dance group, drama group, choir, or community performance group? We’d love you to take part in this year’s Datchet Village Fete!

Our arena is the perfect place to showcase local talent. We’re especially keen to feature children’s and youth groups – from dancing and acting to singing and more – but adult groups are very welcome too.

It’s a wonderful opportunity to perform in front of a supportive local audience, raise your profile, and be part of a fantastic community event.

With over 40 stalls and attractions, the fete is one of the largest in the county, with live entertainment, artisan stalls, a silent disco, vintage cars and more creating a brilliant atmosphere throughout the afternoon.
