Drama Camp | Gowanbank | 16 - 23 July 🎭

Do you have a flair for the dramatics? Or know someone who does? If you are in S2-S6 come and join us on our Drama holiday, running in the beautiful Ayrshire countryside. Write scripts, learn lines and be prepared to put on a show at the end of the week for your friends and family in Strathaven Town Mill Theatre.

Woohoo, organised outdoor sport is allowed in groups again!!

This one is a bit short notice, but I have quickly thrown in a wee group run for this Saturday if anyone is interested. It is within the allowable travel area for people from Stirling, Clackmananshire and Falkirk (just!).

Some days, I end up in some less rural settings. Today, I was doing some outdoor education for a school group and the pupils decided they wanted to stay local and walk to the Necropolis. So I had some time appreciating the views and reflecting a bit.

One of the nice things about organising courses is that it can necessitate you getting out even if the weather is questionable if you need to check routes etc. Today was one of those days, and the rain stopped just as we left the carpark 😃 Then we were treated to views of Dumyat and the Wallace monument, the Campsies and the Trossachs! It's always a blessing to get out and sometimes you get much better than expected!
