✨ A Huge Thank You to Aloura Apparel! ✨

We were absolutely delighted to receive a generous donation from Aloura Apparel for our competition yesterday. Aloura is a UK-based active and dancewear brand known for its high-quality, stylish, and performance-focused designs — created by dancers, for dancers. We’re incredibly grateful for their support.

We had 72 soloists compete yesterday, and we were blown away by the support for our event and the incredible talent we saw on stage.

To share the kindness, we decided to hold a prize draw for all our soloist dancers, and the winner would receive the donated prize. We used an online wheel generator to keep everything fair and fun, and we’re excited to announce that the winner is…

Thank you to everyone who came along to our Summer competition yesterday. The new hall seems to have been a hit and it looked like everyone had a good day.

Lothian HDA would like to thank the following companies for supporting our competition and first closed championship event on Saturday.

toeandheel.com - Thank you to Donna, Gareth and the whole team for their continued support of all our events with trophy donations. Donna, Kirstin and Cameron also came along with their stall on the day and I saw many happy little dancers ( and some older ones) with their new Aboyne bears. I was also told by many parents how much they loved getting to try on the different styles of the amazing Toe and heel gold pumps!

Highland In Style - Thank you to Marg and Ian for your fabulous generosity. Highland in Style donated beautiful necklaces for all our primary dancers, they were a huge hit. They didn't stop there - they also donated a beautiful framed picture for our dancers in the 11 and under Championship group. Marg and Ian were also at the competition with their stall. A huge thank you to you both - everyone at LHDA appreciated all your support.

Silver Dance Jules - Julie at Silver dance Jules donated one of her hand stamped "champion" charms for each of our championship winners. They are absolutely gorgeous and came in a beautiful gift box. Julie has a vast range of hand stamped charms and other gifts - give her page a visit.

Highland Hustle - Thank you again to Gillian at Highland hustle helps for a very generous grant award. The money provided was used towards the purchase all the medals for the pre-premier competition and the Championship.

Dannsa Gu Bráth - Thank you to Chloe and her team at Dannsa gu Brath for sponsoring all the sashes for the top 6 in each championship group

Brenda Ronnie School Of Highland Dance - Thank you to Brenda for organising the raffle, donating most of the prizes and then selling all the tickets. We really appreciate it
