Join us on Monday 10th @ 7pm in the Coffee Bar of the YMCA, Cupar, for the Annual General Meeting of the Cupar Flowershow.

As well as formalising the committee for the coming year, we'll also be discussing the 2025 events, including which local charity gets our support for the year.

All entrants to the 2025 flower show, who become members of the Society by default, are invited to attend the meeting, and we'd be delighted to welcome anyone who is interested in joining to come along.

Notification of the Annual General Meeting

The Cupar Flower Show's AGM will take place on Monday 10th November 2025 in the Coffee Room of the YMCA, Bonnygate, starting at 7pm prompt, where we'll be electing the office bearers/committee members for the coming year.

If you'd like to get involved, even if only to give some time at the August Show, then we'd love to see you there. We'll also be considering the next Charity of the Year - so if you've any suggestions please let our Secretary, Natalie Lighten know in advance of 10th! (Email : [email protected])

Huge congratulations to all the trophy winners from the Cupar Flower Show 2025.
What a tremendous effort from you all to fill the show benches in both halls to provide a wonderful display of produce!

Thank you to every exhibitor who entered the 2025 Cupar Flower Show. It was great to have so many new competitors this year through entering the garden competitions or puttung entries forward to the Show.

The Corn Exchange was full to bursting with beautiful displays of cut flowers and floral arrangements and there wasn't a spare inch on the vegetable bench!!

A huge "thank you" to the army of volunteers and helpers who, without you, this show would just not be able to run. 🌟There are too many of you to mention individually but you know who you are! 😁.

To the committee members who've powered through to put on such a great show, the judges and stewards, and to the public who came to enjoy the fruits of our labour! Cupar Flower Show 2025 opens its door at 10am today, Saturday 16th August, with a coffee morning in the Lower Hall in the Corn Exchange, Cupar. The Upper Hall opens at 11.30am after all the judging has been completed. So why not pop into the Corn Exchange after visiting the Farmers Market for a cuppa and rest your weary feet!

Come along to see some fantastic displays in flower, vegetables, crafts and baking. There's so much more too....

Staging for the Cupar Flower Show takes place tomorrow, FRIDAY 15th August, in the Corn Exchange, Cupar, 12noon to 9.45pm, for ALL exhibits (with the exception of baking which can be brought to the hall on Saturday morning between 7-7.30am).
Please arrive early to get the best spot for your exhibits.

Come to the Secretaries Office (Burns Room) on the top floor of the Corn Exchange to hand in your entry forms and to collect your exhibitor cards. For those new to the Show, our very friendly and helpful committee members will be on hand to guide you every step of the way.

Final fews day to go until the Cupar Flower Show 2025. The website details the categories available to enter whether you are green-fingered, like to bake or get crafty.

We will be at the Corn Exchange from 12noon on Friday (15th August), until 10pm for you to bring along your exhibits. Don't worry if you've never entered before, our friendly committee members will talk you through it step by step!

The Show opens with a coffee morning in the lower hall, Corn Exchange at 10am on Saturday 16th and the official opening to both halls is from 11.30am-3.30pm.

Never been to the Cupar Flower Show before, then why not come along on Saturday 16th August to see some of the best flower and vegetable displays in and around Fife this summer.

The Show is not just for those who have green fingers, but there are exhibits in photography, floral art, baking, crafts and needlework. There will also be jams, jellies and wine. A Novice section has been put on for those who are new to exhibiting or growing, and who have not competed in more than three Cupar Flower Shows; or you can enter as many of the two-hundred plus open classes in the schedule.

There is also a variety of classes incorporating flowers, baking and crafts for the children.

Fife Bonsai Society have a number of classes to enter, and will also be requiring the public to vote on the best exhibit. The Society members will be on hand to demonstrate the art of bonsai and answer any questions you may have.

If you are keen to enter the Show, you can download a copy of the schedule and entry form from the website www.cuparflowershow.co.uk. Entries must be staged between 12noon and 9.45pm on Friday 15th August ahead of Saturday's judging.

Most people have a pot plant or two in the house, so why not have a look through the class list to see if you have anything suitable to enter into the Cupar Flower Show in 4 weeks time.
Classes include:
🪻pot plants
🌵cacti and succulents
💐hanging baskets and patio ornaments.

All we ask is that, as far as possible, your pots have drip trays.
We have three collections where you can display alpines, cacti and/or succulents or a general pot plant display (3'x3'). It's helpful to let us know in advance if you intend to exhibit in these classes.

Staging is to be completed by 9.45pm on Friday 15th August 2024, in the Corn Exchange Cupar.
