In the busyness of ministry, the services, the meetings, the pastoral visits, the admin, the people who need you — how easy is it to start building your own kingdom while calling it God's?
Not intentionally. Nobody sets out to do it. But slowly, subtly, the metrics shift. It becomes about our church's growth. Our reputation. Our platform. Our vision. And we're still praying, still leading, still working hard — but somewhere along the way, whose kingdom we're building got complicated.
Jesus placed "Thy kingdom come" at the very centre of how we pray. Not as a warm-up line before the real requests. As a posture. A daily surrender. An alignment of everything we're doing with something far bigger than ourselves.

On Saturday 29th August, we're gathering young ministers, pastors and Christian leaders in business for a day of worship, prayer, honest conversation and practical workshops. Not to have it all together. But to come back to the prayer that reorients everything.
