LEGENDS WANTED! We're looking for volunteers to join us on Sunday 12 July! Last year our amazing crew of hi-viz heroes helped raise £19,000 for and £7,000 for other charities.

We promise to give you: free parking, a rather smashing crew t-shirt, entry into a thank-you prize draw AND we'll dish out more cake, coffee and flapjack than you'll know what to do with. Triathlons are (meant to be) a challenge. There are lots of moving parts to get the hang of, and you’re one of them.

That’s why we’re delighted to be running a Race Ready Session this year, with plenty to learn whether you're a first-timer or grizzled veteran.

We’re running it on our home beach, beautiful Putsborough Sands from 10am-1pm, Saturday 16th May. The three hours of hands-on training and tri tips will get you race ready and raring to go.

It will be packed with practical hands-on advice from experienced racers, including Team GB triathletes, surf lifesaving champions and discipline specialists.

From how to enter and exit the water, to what to take on your bike, to how to prep your transition area, our crew will take you from the start to finish of the race, covering each of the swim-bike-run disciplines.

The cost is £50 per person, but... if you’re one of our amazing fundraisers then - as our thank you for being brilliant - there’s no charge. It's absolutely free.

We've a Sprint too plus 5k and 11k trail runs - so find your thing and sign up. The news is out: we’ve got a brand new running event alongside our triathlon on Sunday 12th July this year!

For the very first time, we’re opening up our stunning coastal trail routes to runners. No bike or wetsuit needed. Just you, a pair of trainers and some of the finest unspoilt scenery North Devon has to offer.

We’re calling it Tri the Trail and you can choose from the two routes our triathletes run, with blood-pumping hill climbs, ear-popping descents and coastal trails you’ll never forget.

The Sprint 5k and the Olympic 11k will kick off slightly later than our triathlon, so runners will start once most of the triathletes are already running.

You’ll be cheered all the way round by our amazing crew of volunteer marshals and supporters. You’ll cross the finish line in the heart of our village, overlooking the majestic

As with the triathlon, every single penny we raise will go to support and its work to protect the precious part of the world we live in.

So if you’ve ever wanted a taster of our stunning and savage course but aren’t quite tri-ready (or ever planning to be), this could be the race for you.
