You're always calling for more felting, so we're delighted to welcome The Makerss to Cumbria 💚🧶

Solway Woolscapes is another newcomer to the event, making the journey from the Scottish side of the Solway Firth. 💚🧶

She turns local fleeces into art that captures the landscapes and sheep of her surroundings. She'll also have kits and hand-dyed fibres to create your own art.

Her alpacas and Ryeland sheep provide the fleece she spins and weaves into natural and vibrant textiles. She’s also bringing plenty of fleece and yarn for anyone who loves working with fibre straight from the source.

Meet Blackthorn Textiles, a new exhibitor, though some of you will also have met her as part of the Lancs & Lakes Guild in previous years 💚🧶

She's a weaver, with a studio at Farfield Mill, and will be displaying her woven items. She'll also have roving and yarns from local flocks, processed locally and hand-dyed.
