Welcome to A Happy Crow, another newcomer to Cumbria 💚🧶

You can choose from dreamy pastels, pretty florals, or bright blocks of colour inspired by pride flags. You'll be able to create your own rainbow and wear it however you like. 🌈

Meet Blackthorn Textiles, a new exhibitor, though some of you will also have met her as part of the Lancs & Lakes Guild in previous years 💚🧶

She's a weaver, with a studio at Farfield Mill, and will be displaying her woven items. She'll also have roving and yarns from local flocks, processed locally and hand-dyed.

Dyeing yarn is both an art and a science, and Oxford Biocolours are putting good use of a science background in their dyeing technique. 💚🧶

They use plant dyes to create colourfast, subtle solids on British wool. Visit them to find their latest shades or pick up a bundle.

The National Angora Club will be sharing information about angora rabbits, showcasing angora products, and bringing along a few fuzzy friends. Please don’t pet the rabbits without permission 🐇
