Crewkerne Christmas Tree Festival would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to….

The Henhayes Centre for giving a home to the Christmas Tree Festival.
Everys and Stoodleys for their support and sponsorship.
The groups and organisations who spent time and talent decorating wonderful trees.
St. Bart's Handbell Ringers and Crewkerne Silver Band for performing on the opening day.
To all the volunteers who gave up their time to steward the event.
And finally to all the members of the public who visited, donated, and voted.

We are proud to announce the winning trees….

Crewkerne Christmas Tree Festival is in full swing…

The remaining viewing times are as follows:

Thursday 18th – 11:30 – 4pm /Evening Viewing - 5pm - 6pm.

Friday 19th – 10:30am – 3:30pm

Saturday 20th – 10am – 4pm.

Please do pop in and see us and vote for your favourite tree 🎄🎄

Remember this evening we are open for viewing between 5pm & 6pm so you can see the trees in all their shining glory!

Refreshments will be available for purchase including mulled wine, mince pies and Baileys coffee ☕️

Wow! What a fantastic start to the Christmas Tree Festival!

The hand bell ringers were outstanding and Crewkerne Silver Band were wonderful!

Don’t forget the festival is open today until 4pm and then viewing times are as follows..

Sunday 14th – 10am – 4pm

Monday 15th 1:30pm – 4pm

Tuesday 16th – Closed for viewing

Wednesday 17th – Closed for viewing

Thursday 18th – 11:30 – 4pm

Thursday 18th - Evening Viewing - 5pm - 6pm.

Friday 19th – 10:30am – 3:30pm

Saturday 20th – 10am – 4pm.

As you will now see we have added an evening viewing slot on Thursday 18th December from 5pm - 6pm so the trees can be seen in their full lit up glory!!

The Willow Room is looking amazing! Lots of beautiful trees!

We’ve now added an evening viewing slot on Thursday 18th December from 5pm - 6pm so the trees can be seen in their full lit up glory!!

Don’t forget the festival launches tomorrow at 10am, hand bell ringers at 11am, members of Crewkerne Silver Band at 11:45am.

Refreshments will be available to purchase from the bar including mulled wine, mince pies and Baileys coffee!

First round of tree set up took place this morning and The Willow Room at The Henhayes Centre is already looking very festive!

Don’t forget to join us at 10am on Saturday 13th for the launch of the festival with hand bell ringers at 11am, and members of Crewkerne Silver Band performing from 11:45am.

Important Information regarding Crewkerne Christmas Tree Festival 2025

Due to circumstances out of our control unfortunately the festival can no longer take place at St Barts, however, rather than cancel, The Henhayes Centre has offered to host the festival instead!

All money raised by the festival will still be donated to the Friends of Batholomew’s Parish Church, Registered Charity No.1042519.

Some of the timings will differ slightly to those orginally advertised but the schedule will be as follows:

Christmas Tree Festival Viewing Times

Saturday - Launch Day – 10am – 4pm – Bell Ringers & Crewkerne Silver Band.

Sunday – 10am – 4pm

Monday 1:30pm – 4pm

Tuesday – Closed for viewing

Wednesday – Closed for viewing

Thursday – 11:30 – 4pm

Friday – 10:30am – 3:30pm

Saturday – 10am – 4pm.

We are so sorry for this change of plan but it is the only way the festival can proceed.

BREAKING NEWS!!

Its official - Crewkerne Christmas Tree Festival 2025 is a go!

The festival will run from Saturday 13th December - Saturday 20th December, however this year trees can remain in situ until 12th Night (6th January) allowing them to be showcased over the festive period and be part of all the Christmas services.

Trees are to be erected on Thursday 11th and Friday 12th December between 10am - 4pm.

Please remember all trees must be taken down this afternoon. The church is currently still open waiting for you but will need to close at a reasonable time as the Festival Attendants cannot remain there all evening. Thank you for your cooperation

Urgent - change to tree set up times - we are so sorry but set up cannot be done tomorrow due to use of the church. We are so very sorry about this and the inconvenience it will cause. Set up can be done Thursday and Friday 9:30am - 4:30pm. I am sorry and emails will be sent out first thing in the morning. Please message me if you need to discuss this further
