Ready to make a statement on the mats? Here’s everything you need to know — Gi, NoGi, and Juvenile Divisions 👇🏻

Submission Only — if no finish, it’s Judges Decision (final, no arguments).

❌ EXCEPT: No heel hooks, spine or neck cranks
