😁🥰How good was Confest!? 😁🥰

I think it might have been our favourite one. We added on Friday this year and you all did not disappoint in helping us make it a resounding success!

We need to thank all of the volunteers (we could not do it without you), the bands, vendors, riverside campsite, Yorkshire YDA, sponsors and everyone for coming over the weekend.

We are a community festival set up to not only celebrate our beautiful little village but also give something back.

This year we are sponsoring Cononley FC and can’t wait to see the Confest sheep represented on their kits, we have made a contribution to Cononley Primary’s new sensory room and we have donated to the Cononley Art Group.

We are always open to ideas as to what we can do to help the local community going forward too.

Please grab a committee member if you have any ideas on who else we can help.

Confest 2027 will be the 16th and 17th of July.

If you're missing live music as much as the ConFest team are, don't worry... there's still another fantastic local festival to look forward to!

On Saturday 8th August, head along to Crosshills Football Club for Glistenbury a brilliant family friendly afternoon packed with live music, entertainment and a great atmosphere.

The Glistenbury organisers have always been incredibly supportive of ConFest, and we're so grateful for everything they do. We're sure they're going to put on another fantastic event, so if you can, we'd love to see you supporting another brilliant local festival.

Important Update – Dogs at ConFest

After a lot of discussion, we’ve made the difficult decision that dogs will no longer be permitted at ConFest from next year.

This isn’t a decision we’ve taken lightly. We know many people love bringing their dogs along, and the vast majority of owners are responsible. However, as ConFest has grown, so has the number of dogs attending. This year we welcomed around 2,000 people to the festival, and there were simply too many dogs on site for the type of event ConFest has become.

Unfortunately, we experienced a few incidents involving dogs over the weekend. Thankfully, none were too serious, but they reinforced that a busy music festival simply isn’t the right environment for dogs.

ConFest is, first and foremost, a music festival. Our priority has to be creating the safest and best possible experience for everyone attending, including families, children, performers, traders and volunteers.

We’d really appreciate it if you could share this post with any camping or caravanning groups or anyone you know who attends ConFest, so as many people as possible are aware ahead of next year’s event.

Please note that this decision applies to ConFest only. During the festival, no dogs will be permitted on the ConFest field. If you’re staying at Riverside Campsite, that’s completely separate, and you’ll simply need to follow the campsite’s own rules regarding dogs.

Thank you as always for your understanding and continued support. We know not everyone will agree with this decision, but we believe it’s the right one ❤️

Take us back to this time last week...

We were just about to open the gates, hoping for a great weekend. We could never have imagined what was about to happen.

2000 people descended on ConFest, making this not only our biggest event ever, but one we'll never forget. Seeing the field packed with so many smiling faces was something really special.

What a weekend.

Thank you to every single person who bought a ticket, volunteered, performed, sponsored us, traded with us and supported ConFest. Every year you make it bigger and better, and we honestly couldn't do it without you.

Now we'd love to see the weekend through your eyes.

Something new is coming to ConFest this year... ❤️

This is The ConFest Wall.

Right now it's completely blank, but by the end of the weekend we're hoping it'll be filled with names, messages, drawings, memories and moments from everyone who joins us.

The idea is simple. Find a space, pick up a pen and leave your mark.

The best part? Nothing will ever be erased.

Every year we'll add another section to the wall, keeping every message along the way, so together we can build a little piece of ConFest history.

I've had the honour of writing the very first message...

A massive thank you to everyone who entered and a huge thank you Tracy Jayne, for all your support! The response has been brilliant, and seeing so many people getting excited for this year's festival has been amazing.

The ConFest team are busy putting the final touches together, the stages are going up, the bars are getting ready, and we honestly can't believe we're almost ready to open the gates!

Whether you're joining us on Friday, Saturday or making a full weekend of it, we can't wait to welcome you all to Riverside Campsite for what looks set to be our biggest ConFest yet.
