We are delighted to let you all know that the Congleton Half Marathon will return on Sunday 4th October 2026.

Please can we ask you all to keep an eye on RunThrough social media & website for further details, as they are now the organisers for the race.

On race day 🏁 you’ll still see some of our great club members working alongside the RunThrough team either at Race HQ or encouraging you all out on the course itself 😊

🔴 Congleton Half Marathon - supporter shoutout 🔴

A slightly late addition to our supporter shoutout posts, so apologies to Spire Regency Hospital.

On race day 🏁 some of you may have been over to have a chat with the team who were inside the sports hall at Race HQ.

Spire Regency Hospital based in Macclesfield, Cheshire are a local private healthcare provider, physiotherapists were on hand to offer runners advice on any sports injuries from an orthopaedics stance, whilst discussing common issues relating to these types of injuries. They also provided advice on how to access both private healthcare, as well as general wellness advice.

Thankyou Spire Regency Hospital for supporting the 2024 Congleton Half Marathon.

Information for all runners on Sunday:

We have just been informed that unfortunately the toilets on Back Lane playing field near the race start are out of action and will not be repaired in time to be available for runners on Sunday morning.

Apologies, but we are unable to do anything about it at this late stage. There are adequate toilet facilities at the race HQ in Congleton High School.
