VOLUNTEER call out.

Hi all we could still do with a few more volunteers for next weekend's Suffolk Back Yard Ultra.

We need a few more for Saturday morning before 8am to help with setting up the camping field and marshalling the car parks.

We need more in general for the Saturday and Sunday to look after the campsite and help at the registration and food areas.

We need a couple more to help with set up on Friday afternoon.

Depending on how long it goes on we still need help Monday through to Wednesday when most volunteers are going home after the weekend.

If you can spare a few hours please go to the website and fill in our volunteer form on the volunteering page.

SBYU reminders.

Don't forget to check your emails as we emailed the final race reminders out a couple of days ago.

Read everything on the website and make sure you have the latest route version as there has been a very tiny change at the end of the route.

The race pack carries extra info. Link on the website.

Make sure you register your vehicles for discount parking by June 1st as we need to send the registrations to the park.
If you don't register it will cost you more and there will be queues.

All the info you need is in the website.

Today is your last chance to join us for the Suffolk Backyard Ultra Festival.

6th June. Come and join us in Thetford Forest and let us help you reach your goals. Whether you're using us to chase a PB, try and get into a national team, just practicing BYU technique or just want a nice day running around a great route with fantastic people this is for you!!

Still spaces for the 6 hour, 12 hour and full event.

We're so excited to have you all with us.

Hi all with only a few days to entries close for the SBYU I thought I would share some entry stats.

17% female participation.

The largest age group is the 36-40 age group and the average age is 41

Average distance to travel to the event is 64 miles.

If you want to enter you just do it by Friday evening.

If you want to volunteer we still need lots of volunteers and please go to the website and complete a volunteer form.
